Shipping Rates and Times: Functional Fitness Equipment offers free shipping. Please be aware that shipping rates may change in the future, and any adjustments will be clearly communicated on our website.

Territories Shipping: For shipping to the territories, please call us at +1 833-415-3345 to discuss shipping options and rates tailored to your location.

Order Confirmations: Once your purchase is completed on functionalfitnessequip.com, an order confirmation will be promptly sent to your email. This confirmation signifies that we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment: If the product is in stock, we aim to ship your order within three business days. A confirmation email with comprehensive tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Any unforeseen delays or issues will be communicated promptly by our customer service team.

Taxes: Functional Fitness Equipment charges taxes on all products across Canada in compliance with applicable regulations.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping services at this time.

Damages: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@functionalfitnessequip.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. Further information can be found on our refund and returns page.

Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 1-3 days, Monday to Friday. The order cut-off time is 5 pm Mountain Time. Transit times range from 1-9 days, Monday to Friday. The total delivery time may vary between 2-12 business days and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Methods: The majority of shipments are managed by our trusted third-party couriers, with a small number processed through our in-house delivery teams. Both couriers and in-house teams will deliver items to your door or nearest entrance point. Please note that they do not enter the premises or relocate items to a specific location within the premises. Our standard shipping services do not include installation and setup; separate fees apply at a fair market value. We are actively working on introducing a white glove service for added convenience.

Missing Items: If an item doesn't arrive as expected, please contact Functional Fitness Equipment right away. We will promptly assist in tracking down the missing item and resolving any issues.
